How our Program works
At NCL Vista Irvine Chapter, we serve over 20 philanthropies in the community; and each year the mothers and daughters provide over 3000 hours of service. However, NCL provides more than just opportunities to serve the community, NCL is an experience designed to prepare girls to be active members and leaders in their communities.
We nurture confidence and build problem-solving skills in a supportive environment. Essential skills developed include:
- Consensus building
- Team building
- Conflict resolution
- Event Planning
- Parliamentary procedure
Cultivate values and traditions that shape our communities.
Tradition – We celebrate the richness of our history through events, such as our Chapter Tea, that honor the past while serving the future.
Values – We embrace values that make us strong as an organization and a community of mother and daughters.
Lasting Bond – As mothers and daughters, we build connections and memories through experiences that shape and expand our potential.
